What is your earliest memory connected to music?

My father played in a rock band, and I was obsessed with the guitarist. I started learning music on the piano, then switched to guitar.”

How did your passion for creating music begin?

When I was a teenager, I started to write songs for my band. My best friend is also a songwriter so we did it sometimes together

What’s the story behind your current music project?

I wanted to form a power trio to play my own songs. I called one of my best friends to play bass, and asked the drummer from another band I play in to join us. I have a lot of material. We started with a 4-track EP, but the ultimate goal is to make a full album.

How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?

I think it’s a mix of Blues, Rock and Pop. That’s me. I love Blues music. I grew up with my favourite artist, Gary Moore. He played Rock Music, then Blues. He is a big inspiration for me. I’m also in love with great melodies and beautiful lyrics, like those of James Taylor, Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, or Phil Collins. Among French artists, I love Jean-Jacques Goldman and Francis Cabrel.

What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?

Friendship and Family is the driving force behind my music. Everything I do is connected to that. I just love making music with it.

What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?

The guitar is my go-to tool for songwriting. I use Cubase and synths to lay down some bass and drum tracks first. Then, I ask my friends to take them to the next level.”

Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?

I like Tash Sultana. She’s amazing. Philip Sayce is a troumendous artist. He puts Guitar on a very high level.

How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?

I haven’t had a tragic life like some of the old blues legends, but my music is deeply shaped by my own journey. I write about the things that matter most to me: cherished memories, the joy of raising children, love, and loyalty in friendship. That’s the heartbeat of my music—it’s just real life, pure and sincere.

What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?

Just good feelings, maybe a sound that some listeners like, or a solo.

What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?

Not to hide behind fast notes or huge sound effects. It’s about being yourself, both in life and in music. Simple and powerful.

What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?

I would love to play at the Montreux Jazz Festival. And because I sing in French, it’s also a dream of mine to go play in Canada.

If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?

Of course, Gary Moore—he’s the artist who influenced my playing the most. But if I had to choose someone alive, I’d go with Jean-Jacques Goldman, because I absolutely admire his songwriting.
