What is your earliest memory connected to music?

I remember being very young lying on the carpet with headphones on listening to Queen and feeling something move inside me that I could not explain. It felt like another world opened.

How did your passion for creating music begin?

It started as a survival mechanism. I felt too much and music was the only place where the feelings made sense. I never really decided to become a musician. It was the only thing that felt natural.

What is the story behind your current music project?
Reply
Right now the main project is the George Solonos Band. It was kickstarted with my album Human which was released in March 2024. It blends cinematic rock and emotional storytelling and has already begun growing into a full live experience with strings and visuals.

How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?

Cinematic rock. Emotional. Heavy in places. Delicate in others. It feels like a movie for your mind.

What is one thing you have learned that completely changed the way you make music?

Silence is just as important as sound. Space gives emotion power.

What tools instruments or software are essential in your creative process?

My PRS Custom 24 Private Stock guitar. Logic Pro. A piano. And good coffee.

Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?

I enjoy a lot of new alternative music from bands like Milky Chance and Glass Animals. Fresh sounds that still feel human.

How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?
Everything I write comes from real events. Loss betrayal love healing. I do not know how to write fiction. I translate my life into sound.

What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?
That they are not alone. That pain can become beautiful. That there is still magic in being human.

What is the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
You cannot force truth. It comes when it comes.

What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
Reply
Royal Albert Hall with the full production. That would be a moment.

If you could collaborate with any artist past or present who would it be and why?
Reply
Sting. His writing is deep and timeless and I think our musical worlds could merge in a beautiful way.

Where can our listeners follow and support your music?

YouTube and all major platforms under the same name

Looking toward the future what is your dream for the next chapter of your musical journey?

We already toured Europe this year and I am looking forward to more. I want to keep growing the live show and release the new music I am working on in the studio right now.

What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the way?
That behind the big sound there is a very human story. A person who is trying every day to stay honest and connected.
