A: My current project is promoting my new single, “Knockout Comin’ Wit Tha Heat.” It’s a bold, high-energy record that represents my confidence, growth, and independent grind. What makes this release even more special is that it was written and produced by me, and it’s the first song I’ve officially released that I produced myself.

A: My real connection to music came as a teenager when I got into battle rap. That’s where I found my voice, my confidence, and my love for performance. Growing up in South Jamaica, Queens, music felt like a real outlet and a real path.

Q: How did your passion for creating music begin?
A: My passion began through writing, battling, and being around music culture. Battle rap pushed me creatively, and from there I grew into songwriting and performing. I also learned the business side by working at Next Plateau Records and helping put together music seminars.

Q: What’s the story behind your current music project?
A: “Knockout Comin’ Wit Tha Heat” is about stepping into my power and showing my full creative range. I wanted to show people what I’m really capable of — I’m coming with that heat. It reflects my energy, confidence, and determination, and it marks an important milestone because it’s my first officially released self-produced song.

Q: How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
A: My sound is bold, energetic, confident, and raw. It blends hip-hop attitude, New York edge, catchy energy, and real-life authenticity.This particular song has an added r&b feel with a heavy bassline, I make songs you can dance to and feel good.

Q: What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
A: I learned that emotion and feeling matter just as much as lyrics. It’s not just about bars — it’s about making people feel power, confidence, and connection people like authentic organic vibes.
7. What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
Q: What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
A: FL Studio is a major part of my creative process. For this track, I also brought in a bass guitarist and a background singer, and I sang on the track myself. My microphone, recording setup, and production tools all help bring the record to life. My creative process usually starts with a melody and visuals in my head. I build a vibe first, then come up with a strong hook and relatable lyrics.

Q: Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
A: Right now I’m loving Cardi B, DDG, Sexyy Red, Drake, Doja Cat, and Chris Brown Doechii, Megan thee stallion Glorilla and T.I I really relate to him he still makes great songs. I respect artists with star power, creativity, and strong individuality — and I actually wrote a song for Chris Brown, lol.

A: My life experiences shaped everything about my music. Growing up in South Jamaica, Queens, going through real struggles, and learning to stand strong gave me my voice, my hunger, and my artistic vision.

A: I want listeners to feel empowered, motivated, and confident. I want my music to remind people to keep pushing, believe in themselves, and own their power.

A: Music taught me discipline, self-belief, and persistence. It taught me to trust my own voice and stay committed to my vision.

Q: What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
A: A dream stage for me would be Madison Square Garden, Coachella, and Summer Jam in my hometown of NYC, because representing on those big stages would be powerful.

A: I’d love to collaborate with Cardi B, Trina, or Sexyy Red because they all bring bold personality, confidence, and unapologetic energy to their music.

Q: Looking toward the future, what’s your dream for the next chapter of your musical journey?
A: My dream is to keep growing as an independent artist, expand my audience, land more opportunities in music and media, and continue building a lasting brand.

A: I hope listeners discover that I’m more than an artist — I’m a survivor, creator, performer, and businesswoman with a real story and a real purpose behind my work.I’m also a content streamer who goes live every day on social media, mainly TikTok, where my handle is @miss_knockout. I went viral covering the Diddy trial, and I want people to see that my voice, creativity, and grind go beyond music.
