Introduction of the project
What is your earliest memory connected to music?
I was fed a diet of gospel music, reggae , dub-poetry, dance hall and toasting from childhood!
I developed an interest in writing poetry , short stories and essays from primary school in Jamaica.

While in high school in Clarendon Jamaica at 17yrs of age , I was influenced by Mutabaruka, a Jamaican Dub-poet ,Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Culture, Burning Spear and other prominent Jamaican artists!
I started to recite my poetry to music on the B-side of 45 records which was just version, no lyrics, and that was the start of my musical journey
How did your passion for creating music begin?
