Formula Indie Sessions _ Interview with Valoramous

Introduction of the project
Valoramous is the high-energy “James Bond of Producers”. This project is a rave-oriented, cinematic fusion of high-stakes “Secret Agent” aesthetics and peak-hour festival and club dancefloor energy. Every track is a mission designed to evoke resilience, power, and the “main character” energy required to overcome life’s trials.
What is your earliest memory connected to music?
My earliest childhood memory is watching a video segment of the year-end Top 40 music charts by Casey Kasem. Even then, I was deeply inspired by his professionalism as a disc jockey and music show host. That level of poise and authority in broadcasting set the bar for the professional “Agent of Sound” persona I embody today.
How did your passion for creating music begin?
It began while living abroad and traveling across numerous countries between 2008 and 2016. Seeing the global impact of EDM convinced me to commit to my own “warpath” in 2017. I realized music was my vehicle for absolute freedom.
What’s the story behind your current music project?
My branding balances the elegance of a high-end producer with the technical “gadgetry” of the DJ booth. Recent projects like “Crowns” focus on “owning your crown” under pressure, mirroring the journey of a protagonist in a spy thriller who remains grounded during the trials of life.
How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
It is “main character” music. I produce high-energy genres like Rave-Techno, Acid Techno, Hard House, and Eurodance that feature cinematic depth and atmospheric energy. It’s the soundtrack to a high-stakes mission — intense, polished, and powerful.
What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
The realization that discipline will set me free. Motivation is fleeting, but committing to a disciplined production schedule — at least 15-20 hours every week — is what separates professionals from amateurs.
What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
Logic Pro, various synthesizers, the DDJ-FLX10, Rekordbox, and CDJ-3000s.
Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
Marie Vaunt – “Never Gonna Stop.” I’m drawn to the high-energy acid and rave sounds, as well as the simple message of refusing to stop or quit. It perfectly aligns with the vision for my artist project, as well as my belief that the struggle is admirable and that you must never quit on your path to excellence.
How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?
My background in the military and my global travels taught me the value of resilience and ownership. I have undergone an intense “metallurgic forging process” to become the producer I am today, and I use that vision to inspire the “Valoramous Vanguards” to discover their own true calling
What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?
I want listeners to feel a mix of euphoria, nostalgia, and warlike inspiration. My music is a call to self-improvement; I want to empower my fans to take full responsibility for their lives and perform at their highest level.
What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
Absolute ownership. Everything that happens on stage or in the studio is my responsibility. Excellence is only achieved by those willing to undergo the painful, destructive-creative galvanization process.
What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
The mission leads to the mainstage at Tomorrowland, EDC, or Ultra Music Festival. Those are the global arenas where the “Agent of Sound” can truly influence the masses.
If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?
Avicii. I have always been fascinated by his unique creation process and melodic genius. I would have loved to add value to his productions by blending my own high-energy technical skillset and “Agent of Sound” perspective with his legendary vision.

Looking toward the future, what’s your dream for the next chapter of your musical journey?
The goal is to achieve 1M+ Spotify monthly listeners, surpass 100M Spotify streams, obtain my first international radio hit, and secure a position on the mainstage at Tomorrowland or EDC. I want to reach a point of complete freedom where I can dictate my own terms in the industry, while inspiring the “Valoramous Vanguards” and continuing to mentor the next generation of producers.
What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the way?
I hope they discover that I am an educator as much as an artist. I want them to see the “Q-Branch” side of me — the one who knows how the gear works and is dedicated to teaching others how to unlock their own potential.
