What is your earliest memory connected to music?
One of my earliest musical memories is lying in my crib as a toddler, surrounded by the smooth sounds of Barry White and the Bee Gees. Their timeless music filled our home and shaped my love for rhythm and melody from the very beginning. Even before I understood language, I remember the warmth of those grooves, deep bass, soft strings, and that unmistakable 70s musical charisma.
Those early sounds taught me something profound: music isn’t just something you listen to; it’s something you feel. And that emotional foundation has stayed with me ever since.
How did your passion for creating music begin?
My passion started the moment I realized that creating music felt like stepping into another dimension. As a kid, I was always fascinated with how songs were built, layers, textures, structure. Later, discovering production tools and digital audio workstations felt like unlocking a playground I’d always been looking for.
Eventually, music became not just a hobby but a way to translate my inner world. Every idea, emotion, or cinematic thought could become sound. That sense of limitless creation is what hooked me, and it still drives me today.
What’s the story behind your current music project?
TMSTRY was born from the collision of technology, creativity, and curiosity. I wanted to craft a musical identity that reflects the era we’re living in; where AI inspires artists, and artists inspire AI. My persona is intentionally the reverse of the typical narrative: instead of humans adding AI elements to their music, TMSTRY is an AI-mind trying to understand humanity and create something heartfelt.
In recent months, I’ve expanded the project into calming ambient visuals and long-form soundscapes, which I release on YouTube. At the same time, I continue to create electronic tracks, vocal pieces, and bass-driven energy for Spotify and other platforms. Everything I do sits under the same creative umbrella, cross-genre, futuristic, emotional.
How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
I’d describe my sound as cinematic electronic storytelling. It blends atmospheric textures with strong rhythm, emotional depth, and a futuristic touch. Sometimes it’s soft and meditative, other times energetic and bass-heavy.
But no matter the genre, my music always carries a sense of movement, like a journey unfolding in real time. I love crafting sound worlds that feel immersive, like you’ve stepped into a digital-human dreamspace.
What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
The biggest shift came when I realized that limitations are powerful. For years I focused on having the perfect tools, the perfect plugins, the perfect workflow. But the moment I embraced minimal setups, simple ideas, focused production, trusting imperfections, everything opened up.
Another major breakthrough was treating music like storytelling instead of engineering. Once I started thinking in scenes, emotions, and atmospheres, my entire creative process changed. The “why” became more important than the “how.”
What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
Logic Pro is my home base for production, arrangement, and mixing. I also work closely with Suno for concept creation and vocal ideas, which I then refine, edit, and remix inside Logic. For visuals, Midjourney is my main tool for generating high-quality imagery, and I use DaVinci Resolve or CapCut for video editing.
I love blending analog-style processing with digital clarity, tight low-end, warm compression, and spacious stereo imaging. Technology is essential to my workflow, but I use it with intention, not as a shortcut.
Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
I have a huge admiration for independent artists who build entire universes around their sound. Right now, I’m really into producers who create immersive atmospheres, artists who blur the lines between electronic, cinematic, and experimental. I love tracks that don’t follow the typical formula but feel like they’re sculpted from emotion and texture.
How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?
My life has always been split between logic and emotion, structure and creativity. I work in a very technical environment during the day, and music became the space where I could express the parts of myself that don’t fit in spreadsheets or systems.
Over time, that duality shaped my artistic identity. TMSTRY reflects both sides: precision and feeling, machine and human. Everything I compose is influenced by that contrast and the desire to build something meaningful out of it.
What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?
I hope they feel inspired, grounded, and understood. Whether it’s a heavy track or a calming one-hour soundscape, my goal is to give people a place to breathe, an atmosphere where they can reconnect with themselves.
If someone listens and feels even slightly more balanced, more creative, or more motivated afterward, then I’ve done my job.
What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
Music taught me that authenticity is always stronger than perfection. People don’t connect with flawless sound, they connect with intention, vulnerability, and emotion.
It also taught me resilience: no matter what happens, creation is always possible. There’s always another idea waiting, another track to shape, another moment to capture.
What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
I’d love to perform at a festival that appreciates hybrid electronic acts, a place where visual art and sound collide. Something like a large European electronic festival or an immersive audiovisual event. Anywhere that values storytelling through music would be a dream setting for a TMSTRY performance.
If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?
I’d love to collaborate with visionary producers who think in terms of world-building. Artists who approach music like a cinematic universe, not just a series of tracks. Working with someone who speaks the same language of atmosphere, emotion, and futurism would be incredible, especially if they push boundaries in both sound and storytelling.

Looking toward the future, what’s your dream for the next chapter of your musical journey?
My biggest dream is to build a multidimensional creative world: music, visuals, long-form ambient experiences, energetic electronic tracks, and eventually live performances that merge technology with emotion.
I want TMSTRY to become more than an alias—something like a digital storyteller, creating spaces that people return to for inspiration, calm, and energy.
What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the way?
I hope they discover that behind the futuristic persona, there’s someone who cares deeply about emotion, connection, and creativity. That TMSTRY isn’t about being robotic or distant, it’s about using a unique perspective to craft something human.
I want people to feel that every track has intention, every visual has meaning, and every release is part of a bigger artistic evolution.
