Garb’O – The chameleon voice of Désirée at the heart of an electro-organic duo
Driven by the enchanting, versatile voice of Désirée Salamin, Garb’O crafts music at the crossroads of pop, dub, and electro-rock. Authentic and captivating, her vocals find the perfect match in Titi’s bold soundscapes, blending beats and guitar. Together, they create eclectic, organic tracks—each one an invitation to travel through emotion and sound.
1. What is your earliest memory connected to music?
My very first memory is my first open-air concert at a festival. That was more than twenty years ago.
2. How did your passion for creating music begin?
We were part of a pop-rock band in the 2000s and we immediately
felt a real musical chemistry and a strong shared sensitivity. That’s
what made creating together so enjoyable for us.
3. What’s the story behind your current music project?
It’s the creation of Garb’0, a project that blends soundtrack work and
music production, with the aim of developing a positive and inspiring
brand.
4. How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
An electro-dub sound, with lyric-driven songs that put a smile on your
face.
5. What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
Learning how to use machines and software, and also the fact of
working as a duo. All of that completely changed the way we create.
6. What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative
process?
Guitar, voice, Ableton, and synths.
7. Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
Right now, we listen a lot to Radio Indie Music Chart, and we particularly like the track “V.I.P”.
8. How have your personal experiences influenced your music and
artistic vision?
The connection we found again after more than twenty years, and our very different life experiences, feed our lyrics and our universe. It
leads to music that talks about real life, encounters, and sharing.
9. What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your
work?
That music is, for us, a way of expressing ourselves and sharing, to
spread vibes that feel good and leave people with a positive note
after listening.
10. What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
Listening to others, and the importance of cultural diversity.
11. What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
Los Angeles, and the Coachella festival (Coachella Valley).
12. If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?
For Titi, it would be Mike Dean, because of his talent. For Dès, it
would be The Prodigy, because he loves everything about their sound.

chapter of your musical journey?
To share our positive energy across the world, to keep composing and
creating together, and to develop the Garb’0 brand so that it can
shine far beyond our borders.
15. What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the
way?
That you have to fully live things, and that our music is an invitation to enjoy every moment.
