What is your earliest memory connected to music?
My first music memory may be related to child music, but my first music choice is definitely Europe and his album The Final Countdown.
How did your passion for creating music begin?
I began to create music at the age of 13, with a school friend. I wrote my first song to play with him and then we wrote some other songs together. It’s my way to express my feelings like love, rage, anger, happiness and transmit those feelings to people.
What’s the story behind your current music project?
We decided to record and play live as a way to relate things going on right now in our country or with our closest friends and relatives. We want a strong and powerful rock merged with complex harmonies and atmospheres.
How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?
We define our genre shortly as melodic power rock. It’s a mix between hard or power rock like Muse, hardest Queen era, local bands live Divididos, Eruca Sativa, and melodic or soft rock like Sting, Bryan Adams, Fito Paez, Charly Garcia. Something in the middle of those artists. The best way to describe is the word you can put on it after hearing us.
What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
Definitely learning harmony is the way to create attractive music. I’m still learning.
What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
Of course, guitar and keyboards. We produce with our home studio equipment (Audient ID14 MK2, Phonic Mixer for multitrack recording, PC, Studio One)… we also use Yamaha drums guitars and bass guitars, Schecter and G&L Guitars, Autothecnica, Sennheiser Mics.etc…
Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
Calva Louise
How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?
Our music IS our personal experiences. We try to communicate everything we see, hear, live.
What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?
Justice, love, kind human relations, hope and even sadness and anger. All the feelings are part of normal life
What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
Team work and constancy.
What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
Obras Sanitarias at Buenos Aires or maybe some rock festivals like Quilmes Rock
If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?
Brian May. I have to say he is my favourite guitar player, but he is unique so I avoid all the time to copy him or replicate his sound, and it’s not easy. His influence is everywhere.
