What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?
The thing i learned so far in life that “you’ll know when you are ready, and then never delay” , chasing perfection is good but it may also create self doubts. Sometimes our imperfection is very perfect to someone who is living that situation. So work hard on your songs and get them released, there are people waiting for listening exactly what you have to say.
What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?
For me my tools are my Imagination, my feelings, my voice and my guitar. Thats all i need to create a song. For rest i believe on professionals, i hires a studio for recording , mixing and mastering. My current 2 songs recorded in “Humming Pixels” studio Delhi, India. And engineer in Mr. Raman Kakkar. I believe him because he is an artist too and a good human being.
Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?
My inspiration is “Lucky Ali” and his all songs, his emotions. Apart from him i admire and listens to Dr. Palash Sen, Mohit Chauhan. In international artists i admire the most “Akon”, passanger, kodaline & coldplay.
How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?
In 2004 i made a guitar myself out of speaker box and bicycle brake wires, then in 2016 i donated one in an NGO too where i used to give free weekly guitar classes to under priviledge kids.
My mother separated from us in childhood due to father’s bad habits of alcohol, fights and abuse. I think that moment made me suppress all my feelings which are usually opens to a Mother. Now i am opening up again to world from my music and it feels the most comfortable and energetic place when i play music.
What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?
I hope listeners feels the emotions of soulful and true meaning of life from my music, and learn to value the person over things. Because nothing stays forever but people we love and spend time with, their memory stays till our last breath.
What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?
Music has taught me that nothing is impossible, it takes consistency, passion and patience to be what you want to be, and then everything in past seems a bridge that took you the place where you are right now.
What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?
