Borrowing its title from a short story by Edgar Allen Poe, their new single “Never Bet The Devil Your Head” is a tribute to blues legend Robert Johnson. It tells the story of an artist’s day of reckoning: after selling his soul in exchange for musical genius, time has come to pay the devil his due.

Infusing trip-hop drums, soulful guitars, deep blues vocals and catchy synths, the track is a sonic metaphor for liberation: uplifting, yet with a pinch of melancholy.

The cover art comes from the mind of professional illustrator Charlie Padgett, who also directed the official music video with a stunning animations that display his signature artistic style: magical, organic and powered by storytelling.
