What is your earliest memory related to music?

Probably my first concert, which I was allowed to attend with my mother when I was  a little boy. It was Nena (“99 Luftballons”) in the early 1980s.

How did your passion for making music begin?

It started when I was a teenager, around 14 years old. Back then, I bought my first  mixing console, two CD players, and a cassette recorder so I could record my DJ  sets.

What’s the story behind your current music project?

My newest song is called Tuscan Night. The song features traditional Italian melodies  and is about a hot night in Tuscany.

This song doesn’t have a personal connection.

How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your  music before?

I would classify my music as EDM. The music is for dancing and is mostly upbeat.  But there are also more reflective songs, such as “One World One Future”

What have you learned that has completely changed the way you make music?

These days, with all the technology available, we have different possibilities than we  did 10 or 20 years ago. You definitely have to keep up with the times, and that opens  up completely new possibilities.

What tools, instruments, or software are indispensable for your creative  process?

Since I produce electronic music, I naturally need the appropriate software.

The creative process usually starts with an idea. Most of the time, the lyrics come to  me first, and then I try to find a melody that fits. The rest usually just falls into place  on its own.

Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?

I have to admit that I haven’t had time to check out other artists in the last few  months.

But I know there are many great indie artists out there making excellent music.

How have your personal experiences influenced your music and your artistic  vision?

My songs should have a message, and this is often based on my own life  experiences or things that occupy and influence me and my daily life. That’s how  “One World One Future” came about, for example. This song deals with the current,  very difficult global situation.

What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take away from your work?

I want the listeners of my songs to have fun. They should be happy, dance, and  celebrate. The messages vary from song to song.

I also make thoughtful songs, but the party-ready, cheerful ones predominate.

What is the most important lesson music has taught you so far?

That’s hard to say. I’ve been a DJ for about 25 years and had to learn that only very  few can make a living from music. The most important thing, however, is the  satisfaction that music can give you.

What is a dream venue or festival where you’d love to perform?

Of course, every DJ or producer would love to present their music at major festivals  like Tomorrowland. But smaller gigs and clubs have their own charm, too.

What matters is that people enjoy my music.

If you could collaborate with any artist from the past or present, who would it be  and why?

I found/find Avicii and David Guetta to be very interesting DJs and producers. They,  and of course many others, have made electronic music big.

Their music and the genius behind it fascinate me.

Where can our listeners follow your music and support you? (Website, Spotify,  IG, Links)

My music can be found on all major streaming platforms, including, of course, Spotify  (links below).

Looking to the future: What is your dream for the next chapter of your musical  journey?

Of course, I’d love to produce that one hit that makes me famous overnight and plays  nonstop on the radio. That would be great, but I’ve also become a realist by now and  am happy about every single stream of my songs.

What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the way?

There isn’t much about myself that listeners need to discover. I just hope they like my  music. Because that’s the reason why I produce music.
