Introduction of the project

I’m an EDM producer and artist releasing music under the name EDM GOD, and I collaborate closely with That Bass Kid. Together we create energetic electronic music—from hardstyle to melodic EDM—and I’m also building a platform called Distrobolt, which helps upcoming artists release their music professionally. My goal is always to blend power, emotion, and storytelling into every track I create.

What is your earliest memory connected to music?

My earliest memory is sitting with headphones on as a kid, getting completely lost in melodies. I was fascinated by how music could change my mood instantly. That feeling never left me. I remember listening to In Trance We Trust, which completely hooked me, and even earlier I was obsessed with the big club hits—C+C Music Factory, 2 Unlimited, and that whole era.

How did your passion for creating music begin?

It began when I realized I didn’t just want to listen to music—I wanted to shape it. I got my first DAW, started experimenting, and suddenly hours passed like minutes. That’s when creating music became a core part of my life. Around that time I also started connecting with people who wanted to collaborate, which pushed me even further.

What’s the story behind your current music project?

EDM GOD started almost as a fun idea, but it quickly turned into something bigger when people connected to the sound. The project is all about delivering energy, emotion, and power through modern EDM and hardstyle. My collaborations—especially with That Bass Kid and several other artists—have helped define the identity of the project in ways I never expected.

How would you describe your sound to someone who has never heard your music before?

It’s high-energy EDM with a euphoric hardstyle edge—big kicks, emotional melodies, heavy yet uplifting drops, and clean production. I love combining power with feeling. I’ve experimented a lot up until now, but euphoric hardstyle is the direction I’m truly focusing on.

What is one thing you’ve learned that completely changed the way you make music?

That simplicity is more powerful than complexity. You don’t need 200 layers to make a great track—just the right idea, delivered with emotion. I’ve learned to stay true to the kind of music I personally want to listen to, and that has changed everything for me creatively.

What tools, instruments, or software are essential in your creative process?

I produce and mix in FL Studio on Windows, especially when making hardstyle, techno, or bounce-inspired tracks. I rely heavily on high-quality sample packs, strong sound selection, and my studio headphones. Collaboration is also a big part of my workflow—sometimes I create the full idea, sometimes my collaborators do, sometimes I bring vocals, and other times they do. It’s a real mix of creative energy.

Which indie artist or song are you loving right now?

I’m constantly discovering new upcoming artists—especially those releasing through Distrobolt. There’s something special about hearing talent before the world catches on.

How have your personal experiences influenced your music and artistic vision?

Living in Thailand, traveling, working with artists from different cultures, and helping new talents grow have all shaped my sound. I create from real emotions—everything I’ve lived and learned finds its way into the music.

What emotions or messages do you hope listeners take from your work?

I want listeners to feel energy, hope, and power. My music blends emotional melodies with heavy drops because life works the same way—soft moments and explosive moments. And honestly, this combination works amazingly well on TikTok too. I also host live DJ sets every Saturday at 6 PM CET on TikTok.

What’s the most important lesson music has taught you so far?

That consistency beats talent. Showing up every single day, even when inspiration is low, is what separates dreams from results.

What is a dream venue or festival you would love to perform at?

Tomorrowland. No question. It’s the ultimate dream for any EDM or hardstyle artist.

If you could collaborate with any artist, past or present, who would it be and why?

I would love to collaborate with Da Tweekaz. They have an incredible ability to mix fun, energy, and uplifting melodies in a way that connects instantly with people. Their sound design, their kicks, and the positive vibe in their music match perfectly with the euphoric hardstyle direction I’m moving toward. Working with them would be a dream collaboration with huge creative chemistry

Looking toward the future, what’s your dream for the next chapter of your musical journey?

What do you hope listeners will discover about you along the way?

That I’m passionate, honest, and fully dedicated to making music that resonates. Behind the “EDM GOD” name, I’m simply someone who truly loves music.
