The new Liverpool-based artist ‘Maya Roxo’ first arose on the musical surface under the artist name MAZED in 2021 revealing a dramatic and cinematic pop sound through her debut EP Fearless Emotions. The EP received radio plays both nationally and internationally, as well as coverage from local publications such as Liverpool Noise and Making Miss Mogul. Not long after the release of her debut EP, Maya Roxo took down the entire EP and changed her name from MAZED to Maya Roxo. The EP has since then been revamped and is being re-released this May. ‘Echo’ is now out again, with a mightier instrument and vocal arrangement than ever!
