‘Electric High’ is back on the ground after the cosmic escapades of their previous single, riding on a big, shiny piece of rock of the roughest kind. The brand new single, ‘Rough Diamond’ is ready to play the February 5th in Formula Indie

Electric High’s new single brings them back on the rock ’n’ roll track,
lightyears away from their trippy and mystical previous output, Populate the
Moon. Rough Diamond sets off like a wild rock ’n’ rollercoaster, hitting it off
with an explosive riff, and into a pounding, drum-driven verse, with the two
lead singers battling away about hazardous conduct in life, love and
gambling. The song slides into a quieter, funky little pre-chorus, and takes off
again into the big, soaring refrain. It races on through the highs and lows of a
dynamic, rocky landscape, and reaches its climax in a frantic finale.
Digging for diamonds is dirty work, and Rough Diamond is solid proof of that.
But the blood, sweat and tears pays off, in the shape of big rock of the finest
kind, which adds beautifully to Electric High’s rapidly growing catalog of fine
rock tracks.
Rough Diamond was recorded in Solslottet Studio, Bergen, Norway,
produced by Electric High and Iver Sandøy.
