‘SKUUND’ is an international Post-rock/cold wave quartet, originally formed in 2003 in Poland as a post-rock, lo-fi band. In 2021 a collaboration around a song by Martin Howard led to him joining the band as singer. Working through the strange times of lockdown, the band took a new direction culminating in the release of the second album: “Social Animal”. “Social Animal”, which was released by Shore Dive Records, features a guest appearance by jazz saxophonist Colin Webster (known for working with Idles) and was produced by Telemachus. ‘Almwaya’ is a musical project by Maya Aghniadis and Wael Sami Elkholhy. Maya Aghniadis is a music producer and multi-instrumentalist from Lebanon. As Flugen, she performed at many venues in Lebanon and Europe and has released several albums, blending downtempo electronic beats and soulful melodies. Wael Sami Elkholy was raised in Cairo where he established himself as a well-known singer and actor in the Arab cultural scene at a very young age.
