Portentous rapper ‘Mars Valencia’ from London made a brilliant work with ‘Nomads’setted up to debut in Formula Indie the November 25th
Mars Valencia is a London based rapper/singer-songwriter who explores the avenues of vocal expression by incorporating haunting melodies used by The weeknd’s and Travis Scotts of the world, infused with a vocal delivery that portrays the emotion behind the lyrics. Born in London, but moved to China in order to discover ones artistic self Mars not only records vocals but also produces the beats and has a hand in the engineering process- connoting a similar path taken by a pre-fame Kanye West- A novice in the industry Mars was previously featured in undergrounds HipHop blog for the music video “space Invader” which was shot in both London and China, and sets the tone for the artist Mars aspires to be, dark and moody with a hint of vulnerability.
