«Move on for Real» was recorded in spring 2021 while Corona had destroyed all live gigs. These were live recordings at Klangfaktur Recording Studio, two to four takes for each track which built the base of the full album (to be released in September 2022). The track was originally composed by Jean-Pierre Schaller as instrumental. Later Julio Mwansa Nkowane, better known as Rootwords, wrote deep lyrics to the heavy drum‘n‘bass beat, which culminates in a big brass orchestra arranged by Julien Boss and Christoph Flueler. ‘AA–Legrand’ (pronounced: eɪ eɪ -læ̃grænd) is the moniker of Berlin-based independent producer and songwriter Simeon Loth. A – the first letter of the Latin alphabet, beginnings; Legrand – the big unknown into which we all move forward. AA–Legrand takes classic Indie-Folk influences from Bon Iver and Novo Amor and enriches them with a touch of electronic vibes from James Blake and Apparat. Genre-bending Producer ‘LdashD’ releases new EP‘Bringin’ back the 90s’with 4 tracks titled: ‘Straight Outta Magazine’, ‘Things Change’, ‘Watcha Know’ and the title track ‘Bringin’ back the 90s’Never one to rest on his laurels LdashD has been bangin’ out bangin’ tracks since the 90’s, so it‘s very apt that he should release an EP now, three decades later titled ‘Bringin’ Back The 90’s’, don’t be misled by the title though, as this is a genre yet to be defined, very futuristic, currently being championed by College & Uni students and commercial DJ’s who are eagerly droppin’ anything and everything by LdashD that they can get their grubby little mitts on.
